Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. made a comprehensive statement regarding the liquidation process and the suspension of trading activities of some of its funds traded on TEFAS, pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) decision dated September 17, 2026.
CMB Decision and Liquidation Process
In line with the Capital Markets Board's decision dated September 17, 2026, trading activities of certain investment funds established by Hedef Portföy and traded on TEFAS were suspended.
It was announced that the liquidation process for these funds, whose titles were specified, will be carried out within the framework of procedures and principles to be determined by the Board.
No Liquidity Problem
In its statement, Hedef Portföy emphasized that the CMB decision in question is not related to the company's capacity to fulfill its financial obligations or any default situation.
