Following the Capital Markets Board's fund liquidation decisions, Tera Yatırım announced that Emre Tezmen and Erkan Kilimci resigned from their Pusula Finans Holding board of directors memberships before any registration process took place. Meanwhile, travel bans were imposed on 48 individuals, including Emre Tezmen and Serdar Turhan.
Fund Liquidation Decisions Made
Following developments in the Borsa İstanbul markets, the Capital Markets Board decided to suspend buy and sell transactions for all mutual funds traded on TEFAS that were founded by Tera, Pusula, Hedef, Atlas, A1, Pardus, and Bulls Portföy Yönetimi.
Resignations from Board of Directors
Within the scope of the planned share transfer process regarding Pusula Finans Holding, Tera Yatırım announced that Emre Tezmen and Erkan Kilimci resigned from their board of directors memberships at Pusula Finans Holding before any registration process was carried out with the Trade Registry.
Travel Ban Imposed
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced new decisions taken in investigations concerning transactions carried out in the capital market. Travel ban measures were applied to a total of 48 individuals, including Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding Chairman of the Board Emre Tezmen and Katılımevim Chairman of the Board Serdar Turhan.
