New Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre made striking statements at a district congress regarding the stock market transactions carried out by former minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her husband.
During his press statement at the Bahçelievler 1st Ordinary District Congress, New Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre claimed that former minister and AK Party Deputy Chairperson Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her husband İlyas Kaya generated high amounts of profit through stock transactions.

New Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre drew attention to stock market transactions during his statements to the press at the Bahçelievler 1st Ordinary District Congress.
Withdrawals in September
Stating that money was withdrawn consecutively within the month of September before September 16, Zeynel Emre noted that these transactions consisted of 4-5 separate operations, four of which were carried out through accounts with Turkey extensions and one through an account outside of Turkey.
Publicly Offered Shares
Emre conveyed that the shares of a holding company were offered to the public at 46 liras in 2025 and rose to 4,000 liras within 20 months.
Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya Allegation
He claimed that former Minister of Family and Social Policies and current AK Party Deputy Chairperson and Head of Social Policies Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya purchased 250,000 shares of Özata at 255 liras on April 8, and sold them at 4,482 liras in September.
İlyas Kaya's Transactions
Zeynel Emre stated that Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's husband, İlyas Kaya, also bought 150,000 shares at 255 liras and generated profit by selling them in a similar manner at 4,482 liras.
