The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has mandated four international financial institutions to execute a 10-year US dollar-denominated sustainable bond issuance as part of the 2026 external financing program.
Authorized Financial Institutions
According to the information announced to the public on the official website of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, BNP Paribas, Citibank, ING Bank, and JP Morgan have been authorized to manage the planned issuance process.
