Tera Portfoy Initiates Liquidation Process for Six Investment Funds
Within the scope of the Capital Markets Board bulletin, six investment funds founded by Tera Portfoy will be liquidated, with Is Bankasi acting as the custodian.
In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's bulletin dated September 17, 2026, the liquidation process is officially beginning for six investment funds under Tera Portfoy. Turkiye Is Bankasi has been authorized as the portfolio custodian in this process.
Funds to be Liquidated and Custodian Bank
Tera Portfoy First Free Fund, Fourth Equity Free Fund, Third Equity Free Fund, Equity Fund, Money Market Fund, and Money Market Participation Fund, included in the Capital Markets Board's current list, will be liquidated.
Turkiye Is Bankasi AS has been appointed as the portfolio custodian during the liquidation process and authorized to carry out the transactions.
Reconciliation and Account Transfer Processes
Within the first two business days following the entry into force of the liquidation procedures and principles, a reconciliation will be carried out between the Central Registry Agency and the authorized bank.
Account transfers regarding the custody of financial assets as well as debt and receivable reconciliations will be completed within ten business days at the latest.
Conversion of Assets into Cash and Payments
The assets in the fund portfolios will be converted into cash by the bank, taking into account investor interests and market conditions.
Payments will be carried out in accordance with CMB principles and the payment plan to be established by the custodian bank.
Transaction Restrictions and Announcement Channels
In accordance with the Board's decision, participation share purchase and redemption orders cannot be executed through distribution channels other than TEFAS.
