Pusula patronu Serdar Turhan'ın ifadesi ortaya çıktı

Pusula Group boss Serdar Turhan, in his testimony as a suspect in the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, answered questions regarding company management, share transactions, and multi-billion lira money movements. Turhan, who was arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace, defended that his commercial activities were in accordance with the law and denied the accusations directed at him.

Company Management and Transfer Process

Serdar Turhan stated that he established the Pusula Portfolio Management Company with the aim of creating a financial ecosystem, but later transferred the management to Muhammed Yarız and his team. Turhan claimed that the company's size was 30 million TL when he transferred it, and argued that he had no involvement in the transactions after the transfer.

Fund Size and Investment Strategies

Turhan stated that the company's growth from 30 million TL to 500 billion TL attracted attention in the market, but no warning was received from the Capital Markets Board (SPK). Stating that he gave instructions to the managers to downsize in June 2026, Turhan announced that he had around 5-6 billion TL of his own money in funds registered in his name.

Contradictions Regarding the Gündoğdu Company

The prosecution questioned how the value of the Gündoğdu company rose from 3.5 billion TL to 105 billion TL despite not being operational. Although Turhan claimed he was not involved in the acquisition process, he made a contradictory statement in the same explanation by using the phrase 'our purpose in buying the company'.

Relations with Muhammed Yarız

Turhan stated that he knew Muhammed Yarız had previously received a penalty from the SPK, but that he believed Yarız regretted his mistakes. He also claimed that he only learned what money market funds were one week before the events.

Financial Transactions and Accusations

Responding to the prosecution's questions about banking transactions, Swiss accounts, and precious metal movements, Turhan argued that all his commercial transactions took place within the legal framework. Turhan also denied the allegations regarding the money traffic with his brother, Mehmet Salih Turhan.
