Subject and Characters of the Film
The film centers on the disagreement that begins at university between Metin, an economics student defending economic realities, and Ela, who prioritizes the protection of the environment and the ecosystem. The observations of the two characters at different gold mining sites are conveyed.
Preparation Process and Research
Completed after a preparation process of approximately one year, inspections were carried out at four different gold mining sites for the production. During the process, the opinions of academics and various environmental organizations were also consulted.
Production and Cast
Produced by Ehli Hayal Film, the film is directed by Nihal Ağırbaş Sarıkaya, with its screenplay written by Ömer Erbil. The leading roles are shared by Furkan Okumuş and Berrak Başkan.
