TOKİ Announces 25 Percent Discount Campaign for Early Debt Payoff
The Housing Development Administration is implementing a discount practice for residential and workplace owners who want to pay their debt in advance and obtain their title deeds.
The 25 percent discount campaign organized by the Housing Development Administration will start on September 22, offering significant payment convenience to citizens who want to pay off their debt early.
Campaign Dates and Application Conditions
The 25 percent discount campaign by the Housing Development Administration for housing and workplaces with ongoing repayments will start on September 22. Applications for this opportunity, implemented in line with requests from citizens, will continue until October 19.
Locations and Process for Applications
Right holders who want to benefit from the campaign can apply to the intermediary banks where sales transactions are made between the specified dates. The current debt balance as of the debt closing date can also be learned from the same banks.
Details for Those Making Partial Payments
Citizens who do not have the opportunity to close their entire debt will also be able to benefit from the campaign. A 25 percent discount will be applied over the amount they pay to buyers who make an advance payment of at least 25 percent of the debt balance.
Who Can Benefit from the Campaign
Housing and workplace buyers whose repayment installments started by the end of June 2025 at the latest will be able to benefit from this opportunity. Those with 12 months or fewer remaining installments will not be included in the campaign.
Title Deed Delivery Procedures
Title deeds will be delivered to individuals who completely close their debt within the scope of the campaign. During the procedures, the real estate declaration value document obtained from the municipality and the compulsory earthquake insurance policy must be presented.
