TOKİ Launches 25 Percent Discount Campaign for Those Who Pay Off Their Debts Early

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has announced that a 25 percent discount campaign for housing and workplace buyers who want to pay off their debt in cash will start as of tomorrow.

Start and End Dates of the Campaign

Implemented upon intense public demand, the discount campaign will start on September 22 and continue until October 19.

During this period, applications will be accepted through the intermediary banks where the real estate sales transactions are carried out.

Discount Rate and Partial Payment Conditions

A 25 percent discount will be applied over the current remaining debt balance to beneficiaries who pay off their entire debt in cash and want to receive their title deed.

For buyers who cannot pay off their entire debt, a partial payment option will be provided, and a discount will be granted on the condition that the amount to be paid is not less than 25 percent.

Who Can Benefit from the Campaign

Housing and workplace buyers whose repayment installments started no later than the end of June 2025 will be able to benefit from this discount.

In the campaign, which is projected to benefit approximately 228,000 buyers, those with 12 or fewer remaining installments have been excluded from the scope.

Required Conditions and Application Documents

In order to apply, it is required that the installments for the relevant month have been paid, and that there are no retroactive installment and real estate tax debts.

Buyers in projects where condominium ownership has been established are required to submit the real estate declaration value document obtained from the municipality and the DASK policy when applying to the bank.
