Turkey's first luxury designer outlet project, Florentia Village, will open its doors in Istanbul on September 17, 2026, through a partnership between Kalyon İnşaat and RDM Italia. Implemented with an investment of approximately 180 million euros, the project is located 5 minutes away from Istanbul Airport.
Investment and Financing Structure
The project was brought to life with an investment of approximately 180 million euros through a partnership between Kalyon İnşaat and the Italian RDM-Fingen Group. SACE and JP Morgan participated in the project's financing.
Location and Transportation Advantages
Positioned 5 minutes away from Istanbul Airport, the project is located approximately 25 minutes from the city center thanks to the metro station at its entrance.
Store and Brand Diversity
The first phase of the project features 65,000 square meters of leasable area and 190 stores. Luxury brands such as Prada, Moncler, Ferragamo, Ralph Lauren, Hugo, and Boss are present in the project.
Prominent Global Investments
While Ferragamo is making its first mono-brand boutique investment in Turkey through this project, Nike has made a direct investment in Turkey at the central office level after a hiatus of approximately 10 years.
Future Targets and Expansion
Reaching a total of 110,000 square meters with the space to be added in the second phase, the center aims to become Europe's largest outlet center.
Employment and Visitor Target
Targeting to host over 15 million visitors annually, the project anticipates providing direct employment for more than 5,000 people.
