Turkish Airlines is implementing new projects focused on digitalization, fleet expansion, and customer experience in order to further elevate its brand value, which reached 2.9 billion dollars in 2025.

Turkish Airlines General Manager Ahmet Olmuştur announced that they aim to enter the top 100 among the world's most valuable airline brands as part of the company's value-focused growth strategy. Achieving the highest brand value in its history in 2025, the company has accelerated efforts to renew its wide-body fleet and expand its flight network.

Strategic Growth and Fleet Targets

Turkish Airlines broke its own record by reaching a brand value of 2.9 billion dollars in 2025. The company plans to integrate the Premium Economy cabin into all wide-body aircraft by 2029.

Within the scope of the regional aircraft project, new planes are targeted to join the fleet in the second half of 2028. Additionally, the company holds a globally leading position in the efficiency of Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft.

Flight Network and Digital Transformation

Continuing to expand its flight network, Turkish Airlines will restart flights to Minsk on September 20, and will begin flights to Chengdu, China on November 11.

As part of digitalization processes, efforts to increase service quality are ongoing through the artificial intelligence-supported TK Assistant application and the Turkish Airlines Holidays platform.

Customer Experience and Loyalty Program

The Miles&Smiles loyalty program achieved a significant milestone by reaching 25 million members. The company is carrying out improvement works at 122 different touchpoints to enhance the customer experience.
