Two Arrests in Capital Markets Transactions Investigation
Two of the suspects referred to the courthouse in the Istanbul-based capital markets investigation were arrested by the judgeship.
Out of 8 suspects detained within the scope of investigations regarding transactions carried out in the capital markets in Istanbul, 2 were arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace to which they were referred.
Investigation Process and Referral to Courthouse
The police procedures for the 8 suspects detained within the scope of investigations conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Bureau for Investigation of Terrorism Financing and Laundering of Crimes were completed. Following health checks, the suspects were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan.
Judgeship Decisions and Those Arrested
Among the suspects referred to the courthouse, Enis Bulut, Burak Gökçe, Ethem Bulut Beytorun, Gürkan Parlakaç, Özdemir Uçar, and Mustafa Dedik were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a demand for arrest, while Kadir Boy and Ecem Tuğçe Akçay were referred with a demand for judicial control. As a result of the evaluation made by the judgeship, Enis Bulut and Burak Gökçe were ordered to be arrested.
