Yapı Kredi provides 3 trillion TL of resources to the economy as it celebrates its 82nd anniversary
On its founding anniversary, the bank draws attention with strong resources secured from international markets and new financing moves.
Celebrating its 82nd anniversary, Yapı Kredi provided a total of 3 trillion TL in resources to the country's economy through bond issuances, syndication agreements, and DPR transactions carried out in the first half of 2026.
Financing Moves in International Markets
Yapı Kredi successfully completed the issuance of a 500 million dollar additional Tier 1 capital bond in the first half of 2026. The bank also signed a syndication loan agreement amounting to approximately 1.1 billion dollars.
Sustainable Financing and DPR Transactions
The two- and three-year tranches of the syndication loan were structured within the scope of the Sustainable Finance Framework. In addition, the bank strengthened its long-term funding structure with a 700 million dollar DPR transaction.
Total Amount of Resources Provided
According to the statement made by the bank, the total resources secured from international markets in the past year reached 5.8 billion dollars. Yapı Kredi CEO Gökhan Erün stated that they provided 3 trillion TL in resources to the country's economy in the first half of the year.
