Identification of the Suspect and Informant
As a result of detailed investigations conducted, it was clearly determined that the person who recorded and leaked the footage in question to the press was Y.T.
Deepening their investigation, security forces definitively established that the perpetrator who threw the Turkish flags into the trash was also the same individual.
Detention and Judicial Process
Taken into custody by the teams, suspect Y.T. was referred to the courthouse after completing procedures at the police station.
It was learned that legal action was taken against the suspect for the crimes of degrading the sovereignty signs of the state and publicly spreading misleading information to the public.
Suspect's Past Criminal Records
Within the scope of the investigation carried out, it was stated that Y.T., who was referred to the courthouse, had prior criminal records for intentional injury and use of narcotic substances.
