Italian club Juventus has signed a two-year contract with 37-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper Neto, who previously played for the club.
Serie A side Juventus has officially announced the acquisition of experienced Brazilian goalkeeper Neto to strengthen their goalkeeping rotation, returning to the club he previously represented.
Return to the Turin Team
Serie A representative Juventus announced that it has re-signed a familiar name to reinforce its goalkeeper squad. The Turin-based club stated via its social media accounts that it signed a 2-year contract with 37-year-old goalkeeper Neto.
Past Achievements
The Brazilian goalkeeper previously played for the Italian giants between 2015 and 2017, making 22 official appearances. During this period, Neto celebrated winning two Italian League titles, two Italian Cups, and one Italian Super Cup.
Played in Different Leagues
Standing one meter and ninety centimeters tall, the experienced goalkeeper has played in the leagues of Spain and England as well as Italy throughout his career. Following his Juventus adventure, Neto continued his career in Spain with Barcelona and Valencia respectively.
Adventures in England
Following his spell in Spain, the Brazilian goalkeeper transferred to the English Premier League, gaining significant experience by playing for Bournemouth and Arsenal in England.
