NEW Party executives statement on artificial debate: Our agenda is organization
Party executives stated that name debates are artificial, emphasizing that their main agenda is fieldwork, the congress calendar, and organization.
Following NEW Party leader Özgür Özel's meeting with MYK members at the headquarters, executives announced that they are not focusing on the name debates in the public eye.

NEW Party leader Özgür Özel came together with Central Executive Board members at his party's headquarters the previous day.
Artificial Debates and the Name Issue
Executives stated that the name change discussions that came to the agenda with the Court of Cassation notification are artificial and that an attempt is being made to create a negative perception due to the party's potential.
Drawing attention to the presence of similar names, executives stated that in the event of a possible official obstacle, they could continue on their way by adding to the name at the convention.
District Congresses with Member Participation
It was conveyed that the main agenda in the party is the first elections to be held with members and fieldwork, and that those who became members until August 26 will vote for the district administration.
Convention Calendar and Elections
It was announced that members will go to the ballot boxes for district and provincial administrations in September and October, and the convention will be held on November 14-15 at the Ankara Sports Hall.
