Following a traffic accident in Kırıkkale's Bahşılı district, police officer Batuhan Sarıyalçınkaya, who was conducting evidence collection work at the scene, was severely injured when struck by an automobile and was martyred at the hospital where he was taken.
Accident Occurs on Atatürk Boulevard
A traffic accident took place in the evening hours on Atatürk Boulevard in Atadönmez Neighborhood, Bahşılı district, Kırıkkale. The automobile driven by I.U. struck M.Ö., who was attempting to cross the road.
Injured Person Could Not Be Saved and Police Investigation Began
Severely injured M.Ö., who was rushed to the hospital by medical teams dispatched to the scene upon notification, lost his life despite all interventions by doctors.

Police officer Batuhan Sarıyalçınkaya, who was severely injured by the impact and rushed to the hospital by ambulance, was martyred despite all medical interventions. Following the incident, automobile driver Ö.F.Ü. was detained, and an investigation into the accident was launched. Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi also conveyed his condolences via a message published on social media.
