President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized during the opening ceremony of the Samsun City Hospital that the era of coups is closed in Turkey, tutelage periods are over, and illegitimate attempts targeting the national will will never be allowed.

Samsun City Hospital Opening

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at the official opening ceremony of the newly completed Samsun City Hospital and touched upon healthcare investments.

It was stated that the new health complex, equipped with modern facilities, will provide high-standard healthcare services to all citizens living in Samsun and surrounding provinces.

End of Tutelage and Coup Eras

Emphasizing that the tutelage-focused interventions and coup attempts the country experienced in the past are now completely over, President Erdoğan stressed that tutelage periods have come to an end.

It was underlined that no illegitimate attempts reaching out to the national will will ever be allowed from now on.

Attacks Targeting the National Will

It was stated that all attacks targeting the national will from the past to the present—ranging from terrorist acts to the Gezi events, the December 17-25 process, and the July 15 coup attempt—were thwarted by the resolute stance of the nation.

It was expressed that dirty hands reaching out to the nation's will have been broken and that tutelage centers will no longer find any response in Turkey.

Those Accountable Before Justice

Drawing attention to the fact that the perpetrators of past antidemocratic interventions have been held accountable before the judiciary, President Erdoğan noted that those responsible for the September 12 and February 28 processes were brought before Turkish justice.

It was conveyed that this situation is a concrete indicator of the Turkish understanding of justice.

Democratic Gains and the Future

Stating that they will continue to raise the standards of democracy, Erdoğan indicated that no power will be recognized above the will chosen by the people.

In the statement shared by the Directorate of Communications, it was reiterated that no concessions will be made from democratic gains and the national will in Turkey's future.
