878 thousand children selected as health ambassadors during Public Health Week
Hundreds of thousands of children were introduced to health awareness and millions of people were provided with training within the scope of the activities carried out by the Ministry of Health.
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that 878,840 children were declared health ambassadors in projects carried out on the occasion of Public Health Week.
Healthy Future Theme
On the second day of Public Health Week, the theme of healthy children and a healthy future was kept at the forefront, focusing on children's health.
Training and Practices
Through academies in Healthy Life Centers, approximately 1 million citizens were provided with various health trainings. Practical activities on many subjects, ranging from emergency services to disaster awareness, were conducted at the established interactive training stations.
