Bakırköy Municipality carried out a comprehensive screening activity to perform health checks for students in kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, and high schools throughout the district.
Aiming to support children's healthy development, the municipality directed medical center physicians to the schools, bringing healthcare directly to the students.
Evaluation by Expert Physicians
During the screenings, Bakırköy Municipality Medical Center Pediatrics physicians evaluated the general health conditions of the students in detail.
In addition, oral and dental health physicians completed the necessary examinations by determining the current needs of the children regarding dental and oral health.
Treatment Opportunities Offered by the Medical Center
As a result of the checks performed, children in need of procedures such as fillings, primary tooth extractions, primary tooth root canal treatments, and dental scaling were identified.
