Comprehensive Health Training Provided to Osmancık Nursing Home Staff
A health training program was organized by specialist physicians for Osmancık Nursing Home employees with the aim of developing their professional skills and enhancing the quality of care.
A comprehensive health training was conducted for the personnel working at Osmancık Nursing Home with the goal of increasing service quality.
Purpose and Scope of the Training
Conducted on August 26, 2026, the training took place in order to increase service quality and develop the professional knowledge and application skills of the personnel. This program aimed to raise the quality of care services provided at the nursing home.
Health Topics Covered
During the training given by Dr. Melisa Başkan Fırat, who works at Osmancık State Hospital, and her team, topics such as nutrition and blood sugar monitoring, prevention of pressure sores, and positioning were addressed. In addition, critical subjects such as monitoring basic body functions and respiratory and oxygen monitoring were conveyed.
Participant Profile and Objectives
A total of 12 personnel, consisting of 9 care staff, 1 nurse, and social service officers, participated in the program where theoretical and practical information was shared. The efforts aimed to support the quality of life of the individuals receiving services.
Future Period Activities
It was reported that training activities that contribute to the professional development of the personnel at Osmancık Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center will continue with determination in the upcoming period.
