With the completion of the project, it is aimed to provide comprehensive healthcare services to neighboring provinces as well as Kars.

With a total project cost of 4 billion 741 million TL, the Kars Regional Hospital is being built on an indoor area of approximately 140,000 square meters. As of June 2026, it was stated that approximately 60 percent of the hospital's rough construction has been completed.
Technical Equipment and Capacity
When completed, the hospital will feature 18 operating rooms, 38 intensive care beds, 14 delivery rooms, and 24 nursery rooms. Providing service with approximately 140 outpatient clinics, the hospital rooms have been designed for single occupancy.
