Court of Accounts Report: Ministry of Health's 2025 Expenditures Announced
According to Court of Accounts reports, the Ministry of Health's total expenditures in 2025 reached the level of 1.1228 trillion liras.
According to data reflected in the Court of Accounts reports, while the Ministry of Health's total budget expenditure in 2025 reached 1 trillion 122 billion 846 million TL, personnel expenses constituted the largest share.
Budget and Appropriation Amounts
It was reported that an initial appropriation of 1 trillion 20 billion 317 million 291 thousand TL was allocated to the Ministry of Health within the scope of the 2025 Central Government Budget Law.
It was announced that with the appropriation transfers made during the year, the total budget appropriation amount reached the level of 1 trillion 137 billion 527 million 185 thousand 563 TL.
Year-End Expenditure Amount
According to the year-end evaluations, it was recorded that a total expenditure of 1 trillion 122 billion 846 million 617 thousand 797 TL was made from the aforementioned appropriation.
Personnel and Social Security Expenses
According to the Court of Accounts report, personnel and social security expenses constituted the ministry's highest expenditure item.
During 2025, a total of 613.7 billion TL was spent on personnel, while 74.9 billion TL was transferred to social security institutions as state premiums.
Goods, Services, and Capital Expenses
Among the ministry's budget expenditures, 213.1 billion TL was spent on goods and services purchases, while the amount allocated for capital expenditures was 214.6 billion TL.
Budget Revenue and Operating Result
While the Ministry of Health's net budget revenue throughout the year was calculated as 103.5 billion TL, the operating result was recorded as negative by approximately 758.5 billion TL.
