Critical Health Areas in Bursa Removed from Privatization Scope

AK Party Headquarters Organization Deputy Chairman Dr. Mustafa Esgin officially announced that certain health facilities and health areas in Bursa have been removed from the scope of privatization by Presidential Supplementary Decree No. 11722.

Changes Made by the Decree

AK Party Headquarters Organization Deputy Chairman Dr. Mustafa Esgin made a new statement regarding the legal status of certain health areas in Bursa. Esgin announced that in line with the published Presidential Supplementary Decree No. 11722, some health facilities and areas have been completely removed from the scope of privatization.

Areas Excluded from the Scope

According to the statement, locations removed from the scope of privatization include the health area in Mustafakemalpaşa Tepecik and the Yüksek İhtisas area where the existing dental hospital is located. In addition, the former site of the Yüksek İhtisas Hospital in the 152 Evler district and the historic Bursa State Hospital Memleket Hospital area were also evaluated within this scope.

Previous Statements and Assurances

Dr. Mustafa Esgin reminded that in previous processes regarding the issue, they had stated that the privatization of these areas was out of the question. He expressed that they had previously stated that the citizens of Bursa should feel at ease on this matter.
