Denizli Provincial Health Director Öztürk Visits District Directorates
Officials inspecting district health directorates in Denizli have initiated new plans to increase the number of family medicine units in the region.
Denizli Provincial Health Director Spec. Dr. Berna Öztürk visited the Merkezefendi and Pamukkale district health directorates to examine ongoing health services and projects on-site.
Merkezefendi Visit and Inspections
Denizli Provincial Health Director Spec. Dr. Berna Öztürk, accompanied by Public Health Services Head Dr. Aytekin Polat, visited the Merkezefendi District Health Directorate.
Detailed information regarding the general operation of the institution and preventive health services was received from District Health Director Spec. Dr. Mine Pulat.
Family Medicine Planning
In order to increase citizens' access to healthcare services, the population figures per family physician in the district were meticulously evaluated.
As a result of the evaluations, strategic plans were made to open new family medicine units in the region.
Activities in Pamukkale
Moving on to the Pamukkale District Health Directorate, the delegation met with Pamukkale District Health Director Dr. Rabia Durkal to discuss ongoing projects.
It was emphasized that maintaining the provided health services in a qualified and effective manner is of great importance.
Meeting with Healthcare Personnel
During the inspections in Pamukkale, the staff on duty were listened to in a conversational setting at a gathering held with healthcare workers.
