Domestic Mobile X-Ray Device Speeds Up Healthcare Processes in Sakarya
The ASELSAN-made HealthView ADR-M100 device performed 7,000 scans in Sakarya and offered convenience to healthcare workers.
Developed domestically by ASELSAN, the HealthView ADR-M100 Motorized Digital X-Ray Device has been in service at Sakarya Training and Research Hospital since February 2026 and has reached approximately 7,000 scans.
Technical Features and Usage Area of the Device
Developed with domestic resources by ASELSAN, the HealthView ADR-M100 Motorized Digital X-Ray Device can be used in hospitals, medical centers, and field hospitals. Capable of producing high-resolution images at low doses, the device can operate on battery power without being plugged into an outlet.
Providing Convenience for Bedridden Patients
Featuring an integrated 19-inch touch screen, the device wirelessly transfers images to the computer environment. Especially for patients bedridden in intensive care units and wards, it offers the opportunity to be imaged right in their beds without having to go to the X-ray room.
Full Approval for Domestic Technology from the Chief Physician
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Güneysu, Chief Physician of Sakarya Training and Research Hospital, stated that they are very satisfied with the domestically produced device put into service in February 2026. Güneysu expressed that thanks to the device's portability and quick setup, it is easily used in different areas.
Battery Performance and Intensive Use
Stating that approximately 7,000 scans have been performed with the device over an 8-9 month period without any malfunctions, Güneysu emphasized that the battery performance creates a major advantage for teams in the field and does not let the user down.
Evaluations by the Radiology Technician
Radiology technician Çağrı Demir also stated that the portability of the device provides them with a great advantage. Demir reported that when needed, it can be easily taken to the relevant location and the long-lasting battery adds practicality.
