Evening outpatient clinics, implemented for citizens who cannot go to the hospital during the day, continue in 13 different branches at Erzurum City Hospital.
Erzurum City Hospital continues its evening outpatient clinic practice in September, which was initiated to facilitate access to healthcare services for citizens who cannot visit the hospital during working hours.
Purpose and Scope of the Practice
With the after-hours outpatient services carried out within Erzurum City Hospital, it is aimed to facilitate citizens' access to healthcare services and reduce the congestion experienced at the hospital during daytime hours.
Allowing patients who cannot find time during the day to be examined after work or at convenient times, this practice will continue within the hospital on certain days of the week throughout September.
Branches Providing Service
Patient admissions are carried out in a total of 13 different branches in the evening outpatient clinics, where after-hours health services will be provided on certain days of the week throughout September.
Within this scope, services are provided in Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Cardiology, Dermatology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Perinatology, and Psychiatry branches.
Working Hours
The evening outpatient clinic practice, which enables citizens to be examined after work or during convenient time slots, is carried out on certain days of the week and within specific time intervals.
The services are carried out between 16:30 - 18:30 and 16:30 - 19:00 during the day, and patients are expected to plan accordingly.

Authorities have warned that citizens who want to benefit from the evening outpatient clinic service must make an appointment in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Patients who wish to receive healthcare services can easily create their appointments by selecting after-hours working hours via the Ministry's MHRS website application or the Alo 182 appointment hotline.
