Flags prepared at the Bodrum Health Foundation will wave at The Bodrum Cup
Individuals with special needs and volunteers came together for the traditional flag painting event organized for The Bodrum Cup races.
As part of the race preparations, flags painted by individuals with special needs, volunteers, and students at the Bodrum Health Foundation will wave on the sea during the 38th The Bodrum Cup organization.
Flag Painting Event Held
The traditional flag painting event, which is an important phase of race preparations, took place at the Bodrum Health Foundation. In addition to individuals with special needs, volunteers and students from Bodrum Marmara College also participated in the event.
The special flags prepared within the scope of the tradition maintained since 2016 will be carried on boats during the races to be hosted by Yalıkavak Marina.
Protocol and Participants Were Together
Süleyman Uysal, Chairman of The Bodrum Cup Organization Committee, and Honorary Chairman Erman Aras attended the meaningful gathering.
Additionally, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras, Bodrum Mayor Tamer Mandalinci, Bodrum Health Foundation President Hülya Kocadon, and Yalıkavak Marina CEO Umut Özkan took part in the event.
Students Will Watch the Start from the Sea
It is planned that the foundation students who participated in the painting works will follow the start of the first leg to be held during race week from a special boat on Tuesday, October 20.
