Giresun Provincial Health Director Dr. İskender Aksoy and the accompanying delegation conducted on-site inspections of health facilities, ongoing construction projects, and preventive health services in the Dereli district.
Health Facilities Visited
Giresun Provincial Health Director Dr. İskender Aksoy, accompanied by Public Health Services Chairman Dr. Ünal Özek and Public Hospitals Services Chairman Specialist Dr. Mustafa Köksal, conducted inspections in the Dereli district. The delegation visited Dereli State Hospital and the Community Health Center to evaluate the health services provided.
Operations and Needs Evaluated
Within the scope of the inspection program, detailed information was obtained from the managers of the hospital and center units regarding the general operations and current needs of the units.
Construction Projects Inspected On-Site
In line with the program, construction sites of the community health center, family health center, and 112 Emergency Health Services Station, which are currently under construction in the Dereli district, were also visited and the works were observed on-site.
Preventive Health Services Inspected
The Mobile Cancer Screening Vehicle operating in the district was also visited by the delegation, and the works carried out within the scope of preventive health services in the region were inspected.
