Health Personnel's Intra-Provincial Relocations Moving to Digital Environment
The Ministry of Health has taken action to conduct all intra-provincial relocations through the EKIP System in order to standardize and accelerate personnel appointment processes.
The Ministry of Health has initiated a new study to conduct the intra-provincial relocation processes of healthcare personnel in a digital environment. Within this scope, while it is aimed to carry out transactions through the EKIP System, the first pilot applications have been put into practice in certain provinces.
A New Era Begins with the EKIP System
The Ministry of Health is implementing an important practice in order to conduct the intra-provincial relocation processes of healthcare personnel in a digital environment, in a faster, more standardized, and traceable manner.
Pilot Application Started in Three Provinces
The first application has been initiated in the provinces of Antalya, Kütahya, and Manisa for the November period applications to be carried out in accordance with the Intra-Provincial Relocation Directive.
Process Will Be Conducted in Digital Environment
While relocation announcements and vacant staff lists are being published by Provincial Health Directorates in the pilot provinces, personnel applications have also started to be accepted through the EKIP System.
Targeting Nationwide Expansion
With the application, it is planned that all stages of application, preference, staff management, and placement will be completed digitally and the process will be expanded to the entire country.
