Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health Holds Tender for 2027 Biocidal Spraying Service
The tender for spraying services covering an area of more than 2.7 million square meters to be carried out within the Provincial Directorate of Health will be conducted with an e-signature via EKAP.
The Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health announced that an open tender will be held on September 11, 2026, to meet the 2027 biocidal product application (spraying) service needs of its affiliated units.
Tender Details and Implementation Schedule
The tender will be conducted through an open tender procedure in accordance with Article 19 of Public Procurement Law No. 4734. In the process, where the Tender Registration Number was designated as 2026/1564330, e-bids will be opened at 10:30 on September 11, 2026.
The total coverage area of the service subject to the tender was announced as 2,731,092 square meters of biocidal product application. The contractor company to be determined after the tender will start work on January 1, 2027, and the service period will end on December 31, 2027.
Participation Conditions and Bidding Process
While participation in the tender is open to all domestic and foreign bidders, it was reported that a 15% price advantage will be applied for domestic bidders.
The validity period of the bids to be submitted to the tender was set at 120 calendar days starting from the tender date. Applications can only be submitted using an e-signature via the EKAP platform.
