Kadir İnanır's Will Hearing Postponed Due to Lack of Notification
The hearing where veteran artist Kadir İnanır's wills were to be read has been postponed because notifications did not reach some heirs, while his nephew Levent İnanır stated that they will seek their legal rights regarding the process.
The hearing scheduled to read the wills prepared in 2015 and 2022 by Kadir İnanır, the veteran name of Turkish cinema who passed away last June, has been postponed to a later date because notifications failed to reach certain heirs.
Reason for Postponement of the Hearing
The hearing expected to take place at the Beykoz Courthouse was postponed to a later date due to the fact that notifications had not yet reached three of the total 28 heirs.
Postponed to December 17
In order to complete the missing notifications and ensure all heirs are included in the hearing process, the lawsuit has been postponed to December 17.
Statements from Levent İnanır
In his assessments made at the courthouse exit, the artist's nephew Levent İnanır claimed that subsequent changes were made to the will and that his uncle was using heavy medication.
Legal Process and Claims
While it is claimed that the majority of the assets were left to his life partner Jülide Kural, Levent İnanır argued that no share was left to the family and stated that they will resort to legal means.
