Leadership Training for Healthcare Managers at Mersin City Hospital
A comprehensive training program focusing on corporate communication, crisis management, and leadership was held at Mersin City Hospital.
Organized by the Mersin City Hospital Health Improvement and Promotion Unit, the training program covered critical topics such as corporate communication, leadership, and crisis management for healthcare managers.

The training organized at Mersin City Hospital was attended by Mersin Provincial Health Director Dr. Mustafa Ekici, Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ballı, and Mersin University Faculty of Communication Dean Prof. Dr. Aslıhan Ardıç Çobaner. Academicians and the hospital's administrative managers also took part in the program.
Critical Topics Addressed
Throughout the program, corporate communication and a sense of belonging, corporate representation and protocol rules, as well as teamwork and communication, were discussed in detail. In addition, topics such as crisis and stress management, effective speaking and diction, corporate identity vision, and digital public relations were covered.

Delivering the opening speech of the program, Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ballı emphasized the vital importance of the sense of trust in healthcare services. Following the presentations made by the academicians, the training program came to an end.
