Minister Memişoğlu: We will produce health technologies ourselves

Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced during Teknofest held in Şanlıurfa that they will produce the health technologies needed by Turkey using domestic resources.
Emphasis on Domestic Production
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu stated that they want to develop and produce the medicine, medical devices, and health technologies needed by Turkey within the country. Speaking within the scope of Teknofest held in Şanlıurfa, Memişoğlu stated that scientists will develop them and engineers will produce them.
International Contacts
Stating that they shared Turkey's health system and infrastructure with the world in America last week, Memişoğlu said that they will act with the same determination regarding technology and production in the health field as well. He noted that they will set an example for the world by developing their own technologies.

Inviting everyone who has an idea, project, and dream in the field of health to this process, Memişoğlu emphasized that those who have an idea in mind or a project in hand can come to produce together.
Şanlıurfa City Hospital
Making evaluations regarding the Şanlıurfa City Hospital, Memişoğlu conveyed his thanks to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for his support in bringing the hospital to the city.
Hospital Infrastructure
Stating that the two-thousand-bed Şanlıurfa City Hospital has 101 base isolators, 61 operating rooms, and 564 intensive care beds, Memişoğlu thanked all contractors, workers, engineers, and architects who contributed to the construction of the project.
