Ministry of Health to Recruit 26,673 Contracted Personnel for 2026
Thousands of positions to be employed within the Ministry of Health have been clarified with a decree published in the Official Gazette.
The official decree regarding the recruitment of 26,673 contracted personnel by the Ministry of Health during 2026 has been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

It was announced to the public via the Official Gazette that the Ministry of Health has decided to employ a total of 26,673 contracted personnel for the year 2026.
Staff and Branch Distribution
According to the decree in the Official Gazette, the new staff distribution includes 22,983 Specialist Physician and 3,652 Physician positions. Furthermore, other titles to be recruited include 25 Health Technicians, 9 Midwives, 2 Nurses, and 1 Dietitian.

Candidates have started waiting for the official guide to be published by ÖSYM in order to learn how the application procedures will be carried out and what the detailed requirements are. The application calendar and guide have not yet been made available.
