Ministry of Health to Recruit Thousands of Personnel and Workers in December
Recruitment for civil servants based on KPSS scores and workers via İŞKUR with a residency requirement within the Ministry of Health will take place in December.
AK Party Trabzon Deputy Adil Karaismailoğlu announced that thousands of new personnel and workers will be recruited for hospitals by the Ministry of Health. The recruitment, planned for December, will cover health personnel, secretary, and civil servant positions via KPSS, as well as worker recruitment through İŞKUR.
New Recruitment Plan in December
The Ministry of Health plans to recruit thousands of new personnel and workers for hospitals. The recruitment, to be carried out across Turkey, is anticipated to be implemented in the first days of December.
Trabzon City Hospital Details
It was stated that the majority of the recruitment will be for the new city hospital to be opened in Trabzon. In this context, recruitment processes for over 1,500 colleagues via İŞKUR are being closely monitored.
Position and Branch Distribution
It was announced that cleaning, security, nurse, secretary, and doctor positions are on the agenda. It was noted that 700 of the planned 8,000 personnel will consist of specialist doctor and staff positions.
Two Separate Application Methods
The ministry's personnel recruitment process will be conducted through two separate announcements. In the first announcement, health personnel, secretary, and civil servant appointments will be made based on KPSS scores without an interview, according to score superiority.
Worker Recruitment Conditions with İŞKUR
In the second announcement, hospital workers will be recruited through İŞKUR from among at least primary school graduates. Recruitment will be made for cleaning staff, security guards, patient greeting, clinical support staff, and technical personnel positions.
Residency Requirement Application
A residency requirement will be sought for worker recruitment, and applications can only be made to the city of residence for cleaning, security, and other worker positions. It was reported that a residency requirement will not be sought for personnel recruitment.
