Module Training for Healthcare Personnel from Batman Provincial Ambulance Service
A comprehensive program was carried out to increase the intervention capacities of healthcare workers in Batman during emergency situations.
A comprehensive five-day Module Update Training was organized for healthcare personnel by the Batman Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician's Office.
Aim and Scope of the Training
A new program was implemented to keep the professional knowledge and skills of the healthcare personnel working within the Batman Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician's Office up to date. During the five-day training held between September 21-25, important professional innovations were conveyed to the participants.
Implemented Program and Activities
Within the scope of the training, renewed medical algorithms, current intervention protocols, and practical applications for cases encountered in the field were conveyed in detail to the personnel. Along with theoretical knowledge, the competencies of the personnel were reinforced with practical studies carried out.
Future Activities and Objectives
During the program, the focus was on developing the skills of healthcare personnel to make quick decisions and intervene correctly in emergency situations. Chief Physician's Office officials stated that similar training and development activities will continue regularly in the upcoming period.
