New Fees for Social Security and Health Insurance Support Organizations in Vietnam
Vietnam Social Security has announced Decision No. 726/QD-BHXH, which determines the new fee rates to be paid to organizations supporting the development of insurance participants.
With Decision No. 726/QD-BHXH issued by Vietnam Social Security, the fee rates to be paid to organizations supporting the development of insurance participants have been restructured.
Effective Date and Scope
The new regulations by Vietnam Social Security will officially enter into force on October 1, 2026, replacing previous regulations.
Supported Organizations
This document covers structures that support contribution collection, such as micro-enterprises, individual business owners, cooperatives, and foreign and international organizations.
Fee Rates and Principles
The fee to be paid to organizations supporting the development of mandatory insurances has been determined as 3.5% of the actual amount collected for participants in the first year.
Rate Changes by Year
Starting from the second year, the aforementioned rate will be reapplied at the level of 1.5% of the actual amount collected.
Regional Classification
The new fee system and implementation principles are divided into a total of three separate regions according to different localities in the country.
