The 38-page technical report from 2010 notes that three previously healthy individuals began exhibiting physical symptoms following encounters described in the documents as anomalous aerospace phenomena.

Observed Physical Symptoms

The documents state that individuals experienced severe skin redness, an intense sensation of heat, and hair loss following encounters with unexplained aerial phenomena. The report also notes findings that could be associated with radiation sickness. In one case, malignant cellular changes were subsequently observed.

Secret Program and Research Scope

The 38-page technical report was reportedly prepared under the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program, one of the Pentagon's secret programs. It was noted that AAWSAP was conducted to investigate advanced aerospace technologies that could pose threats in the future.

Causality and the Pentagon's Approach

The report did not establish a definitive cause proving that the health issues in question resulted from the unexplained aerial phenomena. While the Pentagon has not confirmed the theories discussed in the documents, it states that the papers were prepared for research purposes.
