To facilitate access to healthcare services for the elderly, severely ill, and bedridden individuals, the Ministry of Health has allowed local authorities to organize free routine home health check-ups or establish mobile examination teams.
Home Health Service Regulation
The Ministry of Health announced that local authorities can organize home health check-ups for the elderly, severely disabled, and bedridden patients who experience difficulties in accessing central health check points.
Mobile Teams and Campaigns
In regions with vast territories and difficult transportation conditions, local authorities can develop appropriate plans to encourage qualified health facilities to participate and organize mobile examination campaigns.
Professional Qualification Requirement
It is mandatory for individuals who will directly perform health examinations to fully meet all requirements regarding professional licenses, scope of practice, and professional qualifications.
Check-up Rates Nationwide
To date, more than 50 percent of the population nationwide has undergone free periodic health check-ups, and the data has been transferred to the national electronic health record.
Data Analysis and Objectives
The Ministry is developing a special methodology to analyze data obtained from large-scale routine health check-ups according to age, geographic location, and disease patterns.
