Pfizer Turkey Becomes the Most Attractive Employer for Young Professionals

In the 2026 Turkey leg of the Most Attractive Employers Survey conducted by Universum Global, Pfizer Turkey once again ranked first in the eyes of young professionals in the field of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Scope of the Research and Participant Profile

The Turkey leg of the Most Attractive Employers Survey, conducted annually by employer branding consultancy Universum Global, was carried out for the fourteenth time in 2026.

Thirty-eight thousand nine hundred ninety-five students studying at sixty-three different universities across Turkey and sixteen thousand five hundred sixty-nine professionals participated in the survey.

Summit in Medicine and Health Sciences

According to the survey results, Pfizer Turkey succeeded in ranking first in the eyes of professionals in the field of Medicine and Health Sciences this year, just as in previous years.

The company was named among the top fifty most preferred employers by both students and professionals in the fields of Medicine, Health Sciences, and Natural Sciences.
