Details of the Training Program

The fifth phase of the project, prepared for health and social service sector employees to acquire skills in coping with psycho-social risk factors, was successfully carried out in the province of Van.

Participants and Protocol

A large number of officials from the union administration and relevant institutions attended the organized training, and protocol members were present at the meeting.

Main Objectives of the Project

It was aimed to raise awareness among employees regarding stress management, effective coping methods, and combating mobbing that they may encounter in working life.
