Relevant Law and Decree Regulations
The Legal Consulting Department of Lao Dong Newspaper referred to Clause 1, Article 37 of Decree No. 188/2025/ND-CP, which details the implementation of certain articles of the Health Insurance Law regarding this matter.

Ministry of Finance Circular and Verification
According to Circular No. 09/2026/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance, medical examination and treatment centers under the health insurance coverage will not request a printed copy when electronic health insurance cards are used.
