Rogers Strongly Reacts to Ministry of Health's Temporary Personnel Recruitment

Following the Ministry of Health's announcement that it will employ 90 temporary personnel in various branches, Independent Member of Parliament Jale Refik Rogers reacted to the short application deadline and the fact that the interviews will be conducted by the ministry.
Announcement of Temporary Personnel Recruitment
According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Health on September 28, it was reported that a total of 90 temporary personnel will be recruited in the branches of pharmacy assistant, dialysis technician, anesthesia technician, angiography technician, first and emergency aid technician, radiology technician, dietitian, and physiotherapist.
Short Application and Interview Schedule
It was announced that applications for the positions in question will end at the close of business on September 30, and interviews will be held on October 1. This situation caused discussions among the public and political circles.
Health Investments and Personnel Needs
Stating that the opening of new health centers, especially the new Kyrenia Hospital, has been announced, Independent Member of Parliament Jale Refik Rogers emphasized that health investments should not be limited to building construction alone, and that adequate and qualified personnel must also be provided.
Criticisms of the Employment Method
Reminding that as the opposition, they supported the updating of organizational laws in order to plan the workforce in health, Rogers criticized the Ministry of Health for turning to temporary personnel employment despite all these regulations.
