Birlik ve Dayanışma Sendikası announced to the public the results of the Ministry of Health Family Medicine Information System field survey, which was conducted with the participation of 1,723 family physicians and 1,909 midwives and nurses across 75 provinces.

Scope of the Research

The field research, completed in September 2026, involved 1,723 family physicians and 1,909 family health midwives and nurses working in Family Health Centers across 75 provinces.

Working Conditions

84.7% of the healthcare workers participating in the research stated that working conditions had become heavier, and 84.8% stated that the processing time per patient had lengthened.

Technical Disruptions

75.2% of the participants stated that they had to enter the same information repeatedly, and 68.8% experienced data loss due to system outages.

Personnel Differences

While the rates of finding the program's speed insufficient were 53.6% among family physicians, this level rose to 75.4% among midwives and nurses.

Data Integrity

64.4% of the participants observed deficiencies in past patient information, 59.9% in clinical notes, and 55.2% in old monitoring records.

Call to the Ministry

Birlik ve Dayanışma Sendikası stated that the prepared report would be submitted to the Ministry of Health and Provincial Health Directorates, demanding that the software be improved.
