Service Capacity of City Hospitals Across Turkey Announced
The health services and bed capacities of the 27 operational city hospitals have been shared with the public by the Ministry of Health.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, 27 city hospitals operating across Turkey continue their work with a capacity of approximately 40,000 beds.

A total of 27 city hospitals across Turkey continue to provide health services to citizens with their broad capacity and modern infrastructure.
These facilities provide a treatment environment for patients through qualified rooms and modern health units with a bed capacity of approximately 40,000.
Ongoing Construction Projects
Projects for 13 new city hospitals under construction across the country are continuing rapidly.
With the completion of these hospitals, the total bed capacity is planned to reach approximately 56,000.
Scope and Data of Health Services
More than 455 million outpatient services have been provided in city hospitals to date, and approximately 12 million surgeries have been performed.
More than 85 million emergency examinations have been conducted to date in these centers, which operate on a twenty-four/seven basis.
Advanced Technology and Equipment
Specialized and advanced surgical procedures are successfully applied in operating rooms equipped with advanced technology.
Robotic surgery systems, hybrid operating rooms, and advanced imaging technologies are actively used in the processes at the facilities.
