Necessary responses were provided by the ministry to the requests of voters in Quang Tri and Phu Tho provinces regarding commune-level health workers, health insurance, and on-call duties.

Support Policies and Rates

The expected decree provides for regular monthly support to public health workers and village midwives in the amount of 0.7 or 0.5 times the basic salary.

Significant Increase in Allowances

Within the scope of the newly prepared regulation, it is planned to increase the on-call and epidemic control allowances of healthcare personnel by 182 percent.

Role of Local Authorities

Regarding the allowances of department heads at district and commune health stations, local authorities are required to implement them within the framework of relevant resolutions and decrees.
