Artist Semiramis Pekkan, who previously received treatment for a lung cancer diagnosis, has left the difficult process behind and shared a photo of herself without a wig.
Semiramis Pekkan, who overcame lung cancer that was diagnosed early at a hospital following a fall while walking her dog, has completed her chemotherapy process and shared her new look with her followers.
Early Diagnosis Process
Semiramis Pekkan was taken to the hospital last year after falling while walking her dog, and checks performed there revealed a mass in her lung.
Surgery and Treatment
Taking an important step toward regaining her health thanks to the early diagnosis, the lower lobe of the artist's left lung was successfully removed in an operation.
Having started the chemotherapy process following the surgery, Pekkan announced in March 2026 that she had received her final chemotherapy session and successfully concluded her treatment.
She Shared Her New Look
The artist, whose hair fell out during the difficult treatment process and who used a wig during this period, presented her new look without a wig to her followers after the completion of her treatment and the regrowth of her hair.
