Access Block Imposed on Forty Social Media Accounts Spreading Disinformation in Adana
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Adana has issued an access block decision for a total of forty social media accounts as part of efforts carried out under the coordination of the Directorate of Communications.
As a result of efforts conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Adana under the coordination of the Directorate of Communications, an access block was imposed on forty social media accounts identified as sharing disinformation and manipulation.

According to the official statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Adana, legal steps were taken against social media accounts spreading disinformation as a result of the efforts carried out in coordination with the Directorate of Communications.
Blocked Accounts by Categories
As a result of the examinations, it was determined that the forty accounts facing the access block had different focuses. In this context, twelve of the accounts were blocked due to Gulf and Middle East developments, seven due to manipulative stock market shares, and twenty-one due to national security-focused posts.
