Following the incident previously announced to the public by Rize tea producer İlyas Köse, an official letter bearing ÇAYKUR's signature has emerged, confirming the producer's statements.

This newly revealed document sheds light on the details of the tea booklet cancellation process and the official decision made by the institution.

Grounds for Termination: Posts

It was observed that the subject section of the document issued by the ÇAYKUR Kendirli Tea Factory Directorate included the phrase "social media posts."

The official letter explicitly stated that the contract was terminated by referring to the posts made by the producer on social media regarding the institution's management.

Contract Clause Applied

According to the official notification, it was stated that action was taken in accordance with the relevant article 7 of the Fresh Tea Product Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Following this termination procedure carried out by the institution, it became official that the producer's tea purchase booklet was canceled.

İlyas Köse had previously stated in his declarations that he was forced to turn to the private sector because he could not deliver his product to ÇAYKUR.
